I conducted the redesign by creating wireframes using existing and new design elements from our DSM.


CHALLENGE
The database will have to update the tool automatically.

KICKOFF
● How do we handle channel take downs
● Make it personal to the account when logged-in
● Deal with light logos and dark logos from the database
● Marketing push when the customer do not have the channel in their package

HOW WE GOT THERE
I worked with the DEV team to see the site restriction due to automation linked to the data base. I designed based on DSM elements we had put in place already for mydish.com redesign.

THE IMPACT
The pages give more information to the customer, push sales if they do not have the channel in their packages, and give information if there are any takedowns.
