In an effort to make Dish’s three principles—embrace innovation, fight for the consumer, never fear change a focus, I worked with the Retention Marketing team to create the strategy.

To start, I have rebuilt my team from the ground up to include graphic designers, motion designers, and contractors. As I am setting a clear vision, art directing, creating motion, web design, social, OOH campaigns, digital ads, and TV ads. Within the past 3 years, we have been able to grow from 10 to 200+ projects a month. As the number of projects grew the need to implement a tasks management system with timesheets, priority of the day for designers and clients was a necessity. I put in place “wrike” with the project managers team. This has created more daily efficiency in overall communications and timelines.

For the past 4 years, I managed strategic marketing and communication plans for 50+ annual campaigns that span across multiple channels including television, web, digital, social and other traditional advertising outlets. Managed cross functionally work with internal and external creative departments, Marketing, Operations, Sales and Analytics teams to implement communication strategies that set our product apart from our competition.

I led the mydish.com new website design to complement the clean aesthetic of the brand evolution and included a strategic site structure and dynamic pages. The past website had over 500 pages that needed to be brought down. Collaborating with the Front End Team and the Dev Team I supported the evolution of the DSM (Design system) and its implementation. We started on the authenticated side with bills and support pages like the Channel line up and Channel pages Then we moved on to rolling out marketing pages like the Home page, and Perks Pages . It was my responsibility to apply the DISH voice, visuals, and marks, including both general brand guidelines and specific implementation directions to help ensure that customers always understand: “What is the content?” “Where can I watch?” “Do I have access?”

When working on monthly email campaigns, I realized the enterprise was using different messaging styles, systems and even branding on various deliverables. I took on cleaning up our system with the marketing team, and I put a team together from different departments to understand the skill level and needs of each individual. I owned the redesign using our DSM and managed the relationship with the "knak" team, our new implementation platform. As of today, teams have components and templates available following accessibility and brand guidelines.

Zoom out to our ten-foot experience, TV. I owned everything from 360 campaigns like "This month on DISH", March Madness, summer fun "Kid's Binge", On Demand, Holidays, Hopper Upgrades, to one off needs for special marketing pushes like promotion for the DISH Anywhere App and Draftkings. Each promotion included website updates, emails, social media and TV ads.

Internally as the co-president of « out at dish » I have launched social media platforms, organized events, and gave more representation to dish in the Denver scene for inclusivity and diversity.

I produced social media content to promote video projects for DISH Network partnerships, TV programs and for the CEOs personal social media accounts.

Now DISH Network is branching out in their customer product with Wireless. As a results, I led the current marketing offers for Republic Wireless by DISH. which includes reaching out by emails, print and website updates.

My goal has been to create trust for the current ~19 millions DISH customers and to increase customer retention. As result, DISH Ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction Nationally for 5 Consecutive Years since 2017.
